HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1 - Set Your Quantity and Delivery Schedule.

Decide on 6, 12 or 24 bottles for your upcoming wine packs. Choose how often you'd like wine deliveries : every 3, 4, 6 or 12 months.

STEP 2 - Choose Your Wines.

Select your preferred wines from our collection. Click 'Customise My Box', make your choices, and proceed to checkout.

Step 3 - Order Confirmation

Your order will automatically process on the date you selected during sign-up. We'll send you a confirmation email once it's processed.

Step 4 - Delivery to Your Door

Expect your wine to arrive at your door with 10 to 21 business days from your chosen order date.

Delivery times vary based on your location and AusPost delivery schedules. You will receive order tracking updates from AusPost.

Step 5 - Create Your Account

To manage your subscriptions and fully enjoy our wine community, create your customer account.

After placing your initial club order, you'll receive an email with instructions on how to set up your account online. Just click the link in the email, and you're ready to go!

All wines are shipped either via Australia Post Wine Delivery service, or by a dedicated wine courier.   Orders are shipped within 48 hours, and delivery times vary between locations.  

Free delivery is provided within Australia for orders over $200. Otherwise Australian delivery is a flat fee of $20.00.  Please contact us for international shipping costs.
